Customer Experience Representative - Front Desk

As a Customer Experience Representative at Studio Pause, your role is instrumental in shaping the overall experience for our valued members and guests. As the frontline ambassador of our studio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive interaction for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests with genuine enthusiasm, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Engage and educate prospective customers  about Studio Pause’s services and answering questions.
  • Help Studio Pause maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling trial classes for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of all Studio Pause’s products and services.
  • Effectively address inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Manage check-ins, registrations, and class scheduling with precision, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Actively engage with members, learning their preferences, and fostering a sense of community within the studio.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure clear communication of class schedules, events, and promotions, contributing to a well-informed membership.
  • Keep the front desk area and studio organized, tidy, and visually appealing, contributing to a positive and professional studio environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for our members.
  • Uphold a clean and professional appearance, representing the high standards of Studio Pause.
  • Attend staff meetings to contribute to the collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Exhibit a pleasant personality and strong communication skills, enhancing the overall experience for our members.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals.
  • A Customer-Centric Mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care and creating positive experiences for members.
  • Ability to curate exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction for every individual.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have basic computer skills for handling check-ins, registrations, and utilizing studio management software.
  • An interest or background in health and wellness is a plus.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
